Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if you don’t, Ravelheart offers our customers the option to return eligible merchandise within 14 days of receipt, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return items must be in original condition, unworn, unused and unaltered, with all labels and tags attached and in the original packaging.  The original invoice or packing slip must accompany the return (a copy can be printed from your customer account).

Please note, an $8 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and processing for each return shipment.
Please note that fees paid for shipping will not be refunded and will be deducted from your refund. 
There is no fee for returning items that have a manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong item.  If you have questions please contact us.

To start a return, please go to your accounts page  on our website, click on the order you wish to return, then click request return.  There you will find instructions on returning an item.

Please note, some items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Please note the fees paid for expedited shipping will not be refunded and will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the purchase price on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return you can contact us.  Please include “RETURNS: [order#]” in the message with a brief description of your concern.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non-Ravelheart items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt. If you have any questions you can contact us.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Package

As noted in the Terms of Service, Ravelheart is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. However, if your package does not arrive, please contact us to initiate a claim. If your package arrives damaged please retain all original packaging and document the circumstances including photographing the package. You may need to file a claim with your courier but please contact us for assistance. Please include your order# and LOST OR DAMAGED in the subject heading with a brief description of your concern in the email body

Missing / Incorrect Item or other Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include “CONCERNS: [order#]” in the message with a brief description of your concern.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
